There was no Old Business brought to the attention of the Commissioner

First Item of New Business: A treasury report by Steve Schiff (Commissioner/Treasurer), who reported we had approximately 1,800.00 last year and approximately $1,800.00 balance at the time of the meeting. Balance sheet with payments received and debts paid was distributed to the attendees.

Second Item of New Business: Steve Schiff nominated Chuck Fazio as Secretary for Seminole Senior Softball. Motion was seconded and the ensuing vote was unanimous.

Third Item of New Business: Steve Schiff nominated Tony Emanuel as Facilitator for Seminole Senior Softball. Motion was seconded and the ensuing vote was unanimous.

Forth Item of New Business: Proposal was made to change the rule concerning pick up players for teams with fewer than 11 players in attendance. Current rule only allowed the pick up of up to 10 players. The rule changed was voted on and changed to allow the short team to pick up enough players (3 maximum) to make 11 defensive players. Defensive players can only play the positions of Catcher, First Base or Third Base. (See Rules Section under "16. Forfeit Rules" for complete details).

Fifth Item of New Business: Joe Callo made an inquiry regarding our liability insurance and status as a non-profit organization. His concern was that eventually someone would be injured and sue our organization. Commissioner Schiff informed him that all Monday Night participants were required to sign a waver from the Seminole County Softball Complex which all players must agree to and sign prior to playing. Status of new and most recent players who have joined the league and weather they have signed the form will be checked.

Sixth Item of New Business: Discussion of Player Fees and Shirt Fees. League fees will be $40.00 per player. Shirts will be $20.00 for any new player and those requesting replacements.

Seventh Item of New Business: Discussion of the Run Rule was brought up. (See 12. Run Rule under "Rules" section). The run rule will stand as is, i.e., 15 runs after 4 complete innings of play and 12 runs after 5 complete innings of play.

No further new business, motion to adjourn, seconded and meeting dismissed.
