Who would have believed such a prediction? The Patriots, a true dark horse, with a 1-9 season recored, comes out of nowhere and snatches the Championship by defeating the top three teams proving Yogi was right: "It aint over til it's over".
You
can also join us for games as a pool player on Wednesday mornings at 10:00AM at Seminole County Softball Complex.
We have 5-6 teams playing double headers and there is usually a need for fill ins due to vacation, health issues, etc. You must be 59 years young to play. Cost is just $3.00 per week. Contact Steve Schiff for details (407-600-3564)
We also play on most Saturday mornings at Red Bug Lake Park in Casselberry (click
here for a map). Cost is $3 per player. We play two games back to back starting
at 9:30AM and finishing before noon. It's the best $3
you'll spend all week! Be forewarned though, the
young guns (49+) join us for these games. Arrive by 9:00AM to choose sides
and loosen up and begin play. If you want to take BP, get there by 8:00AM. It's usually free. Join us and see what you've been missing! For more details regarding Saturday's pickup games, contact John Shinkle (407-779-6980). Click here to email him! See you "On The Field Again!"
